Hi, Thank you for visiting our Power of 10s Series. Recently, when thinking about the new decade, I realized how many groupings of 10s we have in our lives. 10 fingers and toes, the 10 Commandments, always 10 steps to something, or the "Top 10" in just about everything, including Lettermen's "Top 10 List". There are 10 hotdogs in a package, 10 digits in a phone number, 10 bowling pens and 10 of everything in the decimal and metric systems. Plus 10 years in a decade, and 10 decades in a century, 10 centuries in a millennium and even 10 tapping points. Most importantly are my "10 Tips to Brighten Your Life". Read what others say about this program.

"I woke up this morning feeling energized and blessed. Yesterday I picked a small bouquet of flowers from my garden and took them to an elderly lady down the street. We only know each other from "Hellos" as I pass by walking my dog. But she greeted me like a long-lost friend. She was so happy to see someone and to have a little gift that she cried. This sweet, intelligent woman was living nearby, and didn't even realize it. We shared tea and stories and found several big connections, even though we are almost two generations apart. She said I turned her lonely day into sunshine and she "made my day" with her smile and graciousness. I now see the potential "power" of giving small gifts, Lindsay. Thank you for little BIG tip.

I thought you'd find this ironic, Lindsay. Just as I was about to call an old friend from college (based on your "Give Away Gifts" tip,) I received an e-mail from her first. She had found me online and said she'd been thinking about me for days. We used to have a strong bond, then lost touch with each other. Seems we "accidentally" found each other at the same time. We talked for hours and were so happy to connect. Thanks for these clever articles and tips. Judi P, Santa Rosa, CA
Hi Lindsay, Thanks for you tip about changing your thoughts. I hadn't realized how negative my thinking had become and how much it was affecting my reality. I've been quite focused on monitoring my thoughts now and converting them to something more productive. I was asked to complete a huge project at work in an unreasonable amount of time. I changed my first reaction to "Oh no, this is going to be impossible!" to "I choose to let this be easy." It worked! Kylie K, Albuquerque, NM
